High West X Ritual Dinner
About The Event
Join us for an intimate, chef-driven plated dinner celebrating the intersection of whiskey, chocolate, and craftsmanship. This exclusive evening pairs a multi-course culinary experience with rare, archived whiskeys drawn from the depths of High West Distillery’s library.
At the heart of the night is a singular opportunity: exclusive access to a one-of-a-kind single-barrel expression of our Campfire whiskey aged in a barrel previously used to age cacao at Park City’s Ritual Chocolate.
Throughout the evening, guests will dine, converse, and linger alongside members of High West’s distilling and blending team, as well as Ritual Chocolate’s production team—offering rare insight into the creative decisions, techniques, and philosophies behind both spirits and chocolate.
This is more than a dinner. It’s a gathering of makers and enthusiasts, a celebration of shared values, and a once-only moment where fire, smoke, cacao, and whiskey converge.
Limited seats. Singular bottles. One unforgettable night.
