The Nelson Cottage by High West offers a prix-fixe menu created weekly their our chef featuring the best of what Utah has to offer. This is such a great dining experience! Dinner starts off on the patio with a complimentary cocktail (if it’s cold and snowy, bundle up and sip a whiskey cocktail by a fire!). The dinner is served with optional whiskey pairings to complement each course for a delicious (and educational!) meal that you’ll remember. They change the menu every two weeks which is seriously impressive!
