Seafood Buffet
After a four-year hiatus, Deer Valley’s legendary Seafood Buffet has been renamed and reimagined! Enjoy an array of sustainably sourced seafood including shrimp, oysters, mussels, expertly prepared seafood, and more creative culinary expressions. Standouts are tuna and salmon poke and ceviche station. The raw bar is also fantastic. A new addition from the previous version of the seafood buffet (pre-covid) is the GIANT pan of paella which is so fun and good. Go dive in and eat your heart out!
